Seahorse Biomes!
Seahorses can be found in variety of places, ranging from as north as Niva Scotia and south to Brazil. So that means that they are found in aquatic biomes. This type of biome can be broken down into two smaller regions; freshwater and marine. The marine region includes oceans, coral reefs, and estuaries. There are three zones that make up oceans; the intertidal zones, benthic, and the abyssal zone. Seahorses in general can be found in all three regions (1). But lined seahorses in particular are found in marine regions (2).
